AssinaJá is a Portuguese digital signature platform for individuals and businesses. Upload a document, mark where it must be signed, send it to the people who have to sign and follow the process to the end — all in the browser, with no software to install.
Sign documents online, without printing or scanning
Upload a PDF, a Word file or an image, mark the signature areas on the document and send it. Recipients sign from the email, on a computer, tablet or phone, without creating an account and without installing anything.
You are notified as soon as each person signs, and the final document is available together with its completion report.

Five signature methods
Not every document needs the same level of formality. AssinaJá lets you choose the right method for each case, from the quickest to the one with the strongest evidential value.
Simple signature, OTP, Digital Certificate and the Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital, CMD) are available on every plan, including Free. Professional Attributes are available from the Growth plan upwards.

Templates and document generation
Turn the contracts you repeat every month into templates with fill-in fields. Employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, commercial proposals and lease agreements are then generated in seconds, always with the same approved wording.
Templates are available from the Launch plan upwards, and without limit on the Enterprise plan.
Mail merge: send dozens or hundreds of documents at once
With mail merge, one template and a list of recipients generate a personalised document for each person, all sent for signature in a single operation.
This is what handles bulk employee onboarding, the yearly renewal of contracts in series and sending proposals to several clients at once — work that would otherwise be done one document at a time.
Artificial intelligence assistants
AssinaJá has two AI assistants built into the platform. On the signing screen, the Explain this document button opens a panel that answers questions about the contract in front of the signer — what they are committing to, what is unusual in it, whether they can cancel. It is a reading of the document, not legal advice, and it exists so that nobody signs without understanding what they are signing.
In the editor, instead of placing the signature areas by hand, you can describe in words where each person signs. The assistant shows the complete plan before touching the document, and only applies it once you confirm — most useful on a contract of dozens of pages where every page needs initials.
And if you prefer to work from the assistant you already use, AssinaJá exposes an official MCP server: ChatGPT and Claude can prepare documents, check what is still waiting to be signed and return the signed PDF, without leaving the conversation.

API to integrate with your CRM or ERP
AssinaJá provides a public REST API that lets you create documents from templates, upload your own files, publish them for signature and download the signed document and the audit report.
This lets you trigger signing workflows directly from the system where the process already lives, without anyone having to log in to the platform.
Your documents, in your storage (BYOS)
On the Growth and Enterprise plans you can connect your own storage — Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) — so that signed documents sit in an account you control, not on the provider's infrastructure.
Integration with Microsoft Azure is already available. Google Drive and Amazon S3 are planned.
